Info about wheels on Ebay. Long

    It makes perfect sense to try to save $. I bought the chrome 17" 9.5 wheels for less than half what Ford charges. I was hoping they would last me at least 2 years until I could afford wheels I really like/want. I knew it was a temporary setup when I bought them. What I didn't know was the inside was going to peel after 1 winter here. The outer face still looks alot better than any 16" stock waffle rim while allowing me to run cobra brakes and a wider tire.

    Like I said, If I could have done it over I would have gotten the wheels I really wanted in the first place. Live and learn.

    Does that make sense to you?

    I think your point was perfectly valid. Whether or not the guy was upset with your e-mail, he had no right to be disrespectful. I wouldn't buy from that turd for that reason, I don't care how cheap he is.

    i bought mine from someone at the FFW a couple years ago. met him up close and bought my brand new rims with brand new tires for $500. tires even had stickers on them still. i like to deal up close if at all possible.
