Installed Dumps Exhaust Hangers??

I installed turndowns on my flowmasters but my question is i need to install exhaust hangers but i dont want to go to a shop and get it done want to do it myself. how can i do it. i got 2 exhaust hangers from the local auto part store the swinger 360 degrees one?

help please.

AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts sell the stock style hangers that use a muffler clamp that uses the stock/factory mount.
