I got a cheap bumper cover with everything attached the only problem being the studs that come out of the bumper cover are either rusted or cut off. I didnt even think about it when i picked it up. does anyone know of a way around this?

i found this kit on AmericanMuscle but i dont think its referring to the same piece as me. i'm referring to the entire bumper cover, and i think theyre talking about the light fixture that goes inside the bumper

I haven't had a cover off in about 15 years but I think they are 2 sided screws/bolts. one side is backwards thread. I remember having my arm all way up in the fender and taking a 1/4 turn at a time. I looked through my, late model illustrated parts catalog 80-95, and couldn't find any part numbers. A few of my other catalogs show rivets, but I don't remember drilling out rivets.
Sorry if this dident help you , but I remember screws/bolts too
