There's a good article at one of the crown vic forums that is specific to the later 4r70w's. Google it and you should find it. If I find it, I'll post the link. Some guys are reluctant to remove the 1-2 and 2-3 accumulator springs, as described. I took them out and I'm glad I did. Shifts under light throttle are still smooth, but full throttle are awesome. You don't need a tuner to up the pressures.
