actually, just goto fordparts.com and call Ken. I think he quoted me $81 a piece. They are the exact same part number as the GT500. The V6 and GT500 share the same rocker covers. Pretty odd huh....

That sounds very expensive to me. There used to be anonline place that would modd fords and then resell the basicly new facias spoilers etc.... anyone know the name??

I would never have thought of it, but with the black rocker panels, that looks awesome! Much more retro, and natural looking that just the plain chin spoiler. If I were you, I'd definitely paint the rockers flat black!

Personally, I'd be worried about scraping around here. My stock car bottoms out in front on steep hills and some big dips. With that chin spoiler, I'd imagine it's even worse. But if it is really as resilient as you say, then what the hell, I like the way it looks!

    Black Rockers

George, can you post side views of your vert and maybe kooldawg can color 'em in? Black rockers give the car a slimmer profile. :D

So much for leaving my car stock. Maybe I'll look at some stripes too. :D

A couple of updates. I havent been able to find anywhere the black rocker moldings. Dealer carries them for $121 each. I told them where they could stickem. My local junk yard has a couple of pretty scratched up ones for $50 for both not worth taking as they are just that JUNK. Keep your eyes open if you know or see a pair of black V6 rocker panels/moldings let me know. I think $50 + shipping and COD charges is fair right?

DupliColor Bumber Black is perfect match to the CDC Chin paint. THANK YOU for who ever told me. I was using a sharpie and it looked like crap. The one trick to this is the CDC chin is textured. I scratch up the nose so badly that I had to sand it down just to make it flat again and when I repainted it with the Duplicolor Bumber black, guess what it's not textured so it looks a little off but none the less looks 100's better than the black sharpie.

What do you guys think of this new addition to the car? Also should I paint the front chin to match the car?

I'd say paint to match if you don't get the black rockers to help balance it out. Here is a close(not perfect by any means) match for the chin spoiler.
