license plate

    Is there any other method to attach the front license plate besides drilling holes in the front bumper because i really dont want to do that.

    I saw a thread showing an elecrically powered front plate that stowed horizontally but could be run up infront of the bumper if needed. Can't remember where it was. Sweet set-up for avoiding tickets, but a lot of trouble.
