lightweight rims???

    anyone know any good rims besides steeda's that are light weight?

    You could try the Konigs from Maximum Motorsports.

    They are a similar style, about the same weight (21/22 lbs) but are ~ $40 cheaper per wheel:

    Those are the exact same wheel as the Steeda Ultralite's...just a lower price...

    BBS RK's 18 X 8.5 front, 18 X 10 rear. Fronts are 18.7lbs, rears are 19.5lbs. They can be found for $1400 on ebay or $1850 at The Tire Rack.

    ne1 know how much the stock 99 cobra's weigh in it??? How about the 2000 cobra r's???

    I posted a pic of them on your other post. The XP's look good and not everyone has them like the cobras, cobra r's, bullitts, etc.

    what about those 10th anniversary cobra rims??? you know what size they come in and how much they weigh....I was very impressed by them. Does ne1 know how much the stock 99 cobra's weigh? How about the 2000 cobra r's?

    how much of a difference do weight in rims make? just doesnt seem like alot

    take a standard 10th anniversary cobra rim at 30lbsx4=120lbs
    take a steeda rim at 17 poundsx4=68 lbs
    a total savings of 52 pounds which is rotating weight and is very worth losing it as heavy as cobra's are

    do chrome wheels weigh more than regular silver? im lookin at saleen 18s and wieght doesnt matter much, just curious
