My grandma just gave me her gargage. So now i need a project to do over the winter. I really want to do a set of vt stage 2 cams. I also wants a pair of long tubes.. I hear LOngtubes are a pain to intall. I would rather the cams, but came to see what u guys think.. Which install is easier to do?... how long do each take approximetly? Also which will i see more power out of?

Its a toss up. If you confident in your mechanical skills, than the cams will be easier to install. LT's, or any header on a 4.6 is not an easy thing to do. You will proboly pick up a little more with the cams, considering you already have an off-road mid pipe.

as far as the vt cams, I wouldnt bother unless you find a used set. VT no longer exist.

well with stage II's (or a 270ex comp cam) you need new valve springs, so that adds to the install. cams might net you less mpg and highten your power range, for you i'd do headers. It's a biznatch, but doesn't take much skill - just time and ingenuity.
