Finally, after 5 weeks, I got the Vortech back, reconditioned. It cost just over $600, but they "threw in" the SB Oil feed line, and gave me the new tensioner plate at cost...AND...since they were delayed with the order, they overnighted it to me at not charge.

I was a little upset when I found out the bill was $600, but when I saw the casing (look how new it looks) and the new serial plate, I now feel almost like I have a new Vortech.

Also, that tensioner plate replaces the trashy one I bought used, where all those sq holes were rounded out.

Yeah, it is, but spending that $$$ will help ensure that I can sell it if I change the engine next year.

Also, when their machine shop finishes production, Vortech will send me a stainless steel fitting to replace the brass one (at no charge :rlaugh: ).
