Hey guys. I am going to claybar my Stang this weekend and do the Meguiar's 3 step. Step 1 and step 2(paint cleaner and polish) state to apply and not let dry. Should I apply those two and rub off by hand w/a microfiber towell or would it be better to use an orbital buffer to take them off? You're help is much appreciated.

You can do it either way. Personally I like to put them on with an orbital buffer, then remove with a mircofiber by hand.
