I think that this is all the exterior mods Im doing. I may buy a set of polished fanblades to replace the bright GT wheels when the tires wear out. Im on the fence, I really like the look and stance of the 17in wheels, so Im undecided at this time. As soon as it cools down Im going to install the leather GT take-off seatcovers Ive had for over a year and the 68 Mustang fender script on the dash, thats it for the interior.

The next round of mods will be appearence items under the hood, then either a EE x-charger, or restore my 84GT. Undecided.

Pics are so-so, its pretty bright out, so lots of glare.

Will you be doing it or are you having it done?

PS / any `84 GT is an important milestone Mustang and deserves preservation.

Im doing it myself, Ive done seatcovers before, a PITA, but I want the leather.

My 84 is a Anny, very solid, rust free, just needs some maintenence, interior work, and a paint job.

twofocused, I like your 68 script idea. What are you going to use to affix it to the dash?

An 84 is 22 years old, trying to find one that is rust free and intact is a chore.....At any price.

The 68 script can be had either in an orginal fastening style or as a stick on. I think CJ Pony parts carries the stick on for about $19. I saw a pic, thats where I got the idea, I will post it up if I can find it again.
