    its out of a Powerstroke Diesel truck. Fits behind the bumper cover easly.. Theres about 1.5-2 feet of room between the bumper cover and the innercooler.

    Will that affect Engine cooling because of blocking the radiator?

    wont block the radiator anymore then the factory A/C condensor does.. inner cooler allows air to flow through, just like the condensor did.
