Well sorry for no car updates in a bit. Im currently moving out of my 3 bed room house($1600) with 2 roommates down to a 2 bed room apartment($925) with one roommate. I also have had to buy a few things... figured id post up pics of my new place...

Everything seemed to be going well till the day of move in... the whole place was supposed to be freshly painted.... Which it wasnt. The realitor agent said not to move in big things so she could get the owner to paint. I told her i took 3 days off from work to move in and didnt have time for this. So i told the Realtor agent that i dont mind painting as long as its a color of my choice and id keep it neutral. She said she would have the home owner reimburse me for the paint.

So we started to unload the truck and move everything in. Someone from the association came by and said we were not alowed to move in.... WTF???? My credit checked out 731 credit score for a 22 yo guy aint bad... and everything was good.... called the reality agent who called the home owner... turns out the papers they were supposed to take care of and have in said we were moving in on the 15th.... it was the 14th.... so the big deal was over the one day.... Well they worked things out over the next 6 hours... and we kept moving in....

Pics of the new place(Still moving in so cut me some slack)

I hate moving. I just bought this house in February. Since then I have backed my Mustang out of the shop a couple of times to bring my truck in to work on it. Since February, I've driven it past the end of the driveway twice. I used to come home after working for 4 days and be exhausted. Now I go to work to get some sleep. NEVER BUY A HOUSE. You don't own it, it ownes you.

Looks good man, glad you got the issues worked out right away. Its a crappy feeling being in limbo when all your stuff is sitting in a truck.

Looks good...we just downsized as well, it always good to pay less :). Our new place is smaller but nicer and has a garage! We're also paying $500 less a month which helps since my fiance is in law school and we only have my income.

Looks nice, don't know about the creepy guy holding the guitar over the bed though.

You nailed that. I bought my house on January 26th. I had all kinds of money saved up to buy another mustang, had my eye on a 1992 Emerald Green / White / White convertable with 55K miles on it, but all of my time and money has gone into the house and it still isn't the way I want it. That car has since been sold to someone else, I have no convertable, and spare change is immediately spent at Home Depot. The lady in my life is pretty happy though....

You're doing well by my books. My apartment was crap in college. I would be embarassed to put up pics in this thread next to yours. It is hard to get some strange in a nasty apartment. You guys will do alright.

HAHA. Let me tell you about my date saturday night. My old lady and I went out for dinner, Home Depot, and a movie. We went to a later showing of "Public Enemies" so that we could fit in the needed stop at Home Depot for fan parts and plumbing fixtures. I called in sick last week cuz my cat died. I had 10 days off in a row, and I swear I didn't get crap done.
