MP3 player mod void warranty?

    A friend of mine wants me to install this mod in her Civic for her. Anyone know if this would void the car's warranty? Thanks.

    I am sure it would void the warranty for the stock speakers, stock head unit, but thats probably all, and thats the case even if you just replace the stock head unit, that will void the warranty on the stock speakers.
