This is my 200 I6 in my 67 mustang. It has Ross forged pistons, 10:1 comp ratio, dual roller timing chain, a hooker header, roller tipped rocker which increased the lift to 1.6, a 274 deg cam from FSPP, Weber 38 DGAS carb, and a 7 qt high energy oil pan. Later I will be adding an Offenhauser intake manifold with 3 autolite 1100 carbs and either a direct port fogger system or some sort of forced induction.
I haven't got it dynoed yet, but I am hoping for about 175-225 N/A. When I add forced induction or N2O I hope to hit 275-300+.
175 sounds about right with the stock head. save your pennies though, as mike is developing a new aluminum head for the small six, that will leave your head in the dust. consider waiting till he releases it for sale before you consider the offy intake.
Yeah, I know Mike at FSPP is working on the new alum head. I already have the offy on order. I kinda like the terd style log head. I have a second 200 on the engine stand that I will be building down the road for the new alum head with forged internals, forced induction, and a T5 tranny.
Cool, I thought it for something else. Mobius (aka Moebius) syndrome is also an incredibly rare neurological disorder that my son has resulting in facial paralysis among other symtoms. When I saw your name pop up I did a double take.
