It's also time so start a new project.
I'd pay that if i could. The 4.30's might be a non-selling point cuz of drivability. But all the parts make up for some of the milage. You should be able to get that i'd hope. But i live in nor cal so everythings expensive
It all depends on how quickly you want to sell it... I think you can get 9500 out of it from the right buyer. For me I would be looking very close at the condition of the clutch, headers (leaks), and various other installed mods. Do you still have the receipts for the installs? That would help...
lets face it, mods are completly worthless to 19 out of 20 buyers.............. I would say you should be able to get NADA book value straight up.
i have most recipts for items bought. Clutch and flywheel in feb, headers in feb no leaks, tranny in july. Iac just replaced, plug replaced 9k ago, oil changed every 2,500-3k, alum driveshaft in july, 4.30s and all bearings changed in sept, axle seals change din sept

Sweet car. I think price depends on if you can find someone who see's those mods and thinks, "that's just what I want." or if people just think, "Sweet stang but I don't like the ......" The more you mod the more your gonna get the second type of person. So I say wait for the right buyer if you can. If you cant wait sell it cheaper
yeah, i was like "9500 is a ****ing steal!" till i got to the damage pics, then it made more sense. if it was fixed up you could get 10-11k for it. any mods are usually negative sellers, it shows a car was more than likely beat on/raced. youd have to find someone that either wants a car with those kinds of mods done already to sell at a higher price. i usually de-mod my cars before selling them (plus you can sometimes make quite a bit of your money back selling second-hand parts), that way i can either lie and say it was driven well and never modded if someone elderly or "not in the know" comes to buy it, or i can tell someone into these cars that i demodded it so they can do it themselves so they have more respect for the vehicle if they put their time and effort into it. btw just to give you an idea on how not to price, my GT is at 13,000$ with 85K with all the exterior mods you see in my sig, and its not selling. three things working against me is 1) its california, low market for vehicles like this, 2) the mileage to price ratio, and 3) i cant come down anymore due to my loan. you probably have it paid off and are in a better selling region for cars like mustangs. my only selling point is "it looks like eleanor", so i have to just wait it out till someone who wants this look has enough money for it.
i figured 9500 is a price i can afford to get for her even though its got more then that in parts alone, but new i was going to take a huge hit when the stuff went in. Also 9500 i figured was a price people would still look at the car. Modded cars arent easy to sell but if i put 10500 or so which i would like it would be hard to get someone to come look at it/ drive it
