Well here are some pics of what i've been working on lately. This is version 1.0 . The headers i made in about 2 good working days. Finally got off my ass and got motivated. Being jobless for over 1 year and not driving for quite some time and the fact that where i work on my car is about a 30 minute drive has prolonged the project. Despite these odds i did managed to come up with some interesting ideas.

Feel free to comment. Basically my idea was to keep the cost down so i won't be using flex bellows just yet. I want to see if my version 1.0 can handle the turbo without breaking. I believe it can since i will have a turbo bracket mounted onto the motor to hold the weight. Even without using brackets the tac welds I did felt pretty strong.

Well i'll be running a single turbo for now. My next upgrade will probably be a single ball bearing turbo.

If i wanted to i can run Twin turbos if i wish. But at the price i think i'll just opt for the single turbo with ball bearings. However if somebody was paying me to build a twin setup that can be easily done.

I applaud your ability to put something like this together, this is the kind of project that we can just never have enough of around here, especially when theres pictures, because theres somethings that you can never imagine until you see them...
