NAPA 600-1819 Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit installation

Hi guys,

My MAC off-road H-Pipe is leaking on the drivers side and I recently installed a Vortech V2 + wideband so I cannot leave it like that.

I was wondering...
1) Does the NAPA 600-1819 Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit come with 2 studs or only 1? The guy at NAPA told me it looked like 1 stud only on the picture.
2) How hard is it to install? I don't see how I'll remove the old rusty ones with my basic tools. Do I have to drill them or if there is a hint?

two studs in the kit



best way to remove the old ones is to install two nuts and use a wrench to loosen the innermost one, all doused in wd-40 of course

install is the opposite, install both nuts on the new studs (not all the way), tighten the outer one

 

[gnat]

pb blast (much like wd40) is very good for breaking things loose too.

PB BLASTER > WD40 by like 1.3 bazillion times...

Liquid Wrench and Penetro 90 are both really good too.
