I have right of first refusal on buying the following car: Warranty Number: 6R07A138265 Year: 6 1966 Plant: R San Jose, CA Body Series: 07 2 Door Hardtop Engine: A 289 4v V8 Unit: 138xxx The car is in "good" condition, non-numbers matching and needs some work. I was hit on the front right (passenger side) some years ago and has a new fender where the damage was. I am told frame is straight and it has very little rust. shock-towers and floorpans are solid. Photos will be posted in the group here after I post this under the album name "66 in AZ". What shoould I spend on this vehicle knowing it needs a complete tune-up (one lifter is slapping badly), new rubber all around, New paint and trim, interior needs to be redone but is "presentable". Seller says brakes are good too. Take a look at the pics, I want this car for a daily driver. What do you all think its worth? Thanks much! Me in AZ!
