NEED HELP QUICK!!!!!!!!

Last week I posted a thread about my front wheels shuddering when I turn the wheel after I lowered my stang.

I just crawled under the car and noticed the power steering hoses are jumping around and banging off of the inner fender well and the wheels are jumping.

Is this cause my car is too low and I need the off-set bushings for the rack?

Or is my power steering rack going bad?

The reason I'm asking this is because I have to leave town in about half hour and I need to know if it is save to take it.
