need help removing springs

i think im gonna go ahead and cut my springs. iv looked all over the boards and reviewed the pros and cons of doing it and worst comes to worst il buy aftermaket springs. now my question is how do i go about doing it. i tried looking for a how-to but couldn't find anything. how do i go about cuting them. thanks!

Don't use a cutting torch. Use a cut off wheel or a good hack saw or sawsall. Don't exceed more than a full coil on your first cut. Put them back in after the first cut and check how low it is. If you like it your done.
