Ok just picked up a used 98 cobra engine with wiring a few days ago. I'm having it put in my Gt (about 1500 labor) but before I have it put in I want to get headers (maybe p&p the heads what do you think). Im have the a/c took off I just dont need it. I want to forge the bottom end. Is there a kit out there for the 4v? I'm going with a blower in a few months after I get all my work done and save some money. I would Like to have forged Ross pistons and rods I really dont know about the crank but i want it forged. Im not gonna stop until I get 550 RWHP. Any help there would be good
Also I was wanting to do a KB. Will the 96-98 1.7 (I think) get me were I need to be?? does it come with an after cooler? What else will I need to upgrade? BTW what does the KB kit come with?
