started saving for my exhaust and got enough to start with my midpipe. so i asked a local car club where i could get it locally. it so happens that the owner of this club/website deals with bassani and some other companies. so i meet up them at a meet and talk with him. i give him the cash (530 to be exact) for a bassani ss catted x-pipe. he says 2 day fed-ex. i say cool, deal. well that was last tuesday. he did send me a reciept and some bs about the storm, blah, blah. ive gotten onto him twice. ive left him alone to figure out what hes going to do. now im pretty pissed off.
i have his addy and home # and work #. i dont want to keep on with the emails. he will b holding a meet again next tuesday. now he knows i will show. he probably also knows im crack his sh1t when i see him. im wondering if im jumping on this too soon or should i be giving him the time to get it. i thought i was doing him a favor by doing business with him. i coulda gotten my parts from anywhere. should i wait or should i blow his spot up and post his website and bust his head when i see him.

Isn't Bassani based out of CA? Based on your location I guess its sort of believable. I would definately consider getting a refund from this joker though if your ***t doesn't show up by say.... tomorrow or the next day at the latest.

I usually try to stick to reputable dealers and distributers like Jegs, Summit, Downs Ford, Autozone and Advance Auto Parts. There is no question that I probably pay more than I would on say Ebay or via a cash in hand deal like yours, but I wouldn't want to go through what you are dealing with now.

Given that you know the guys locale, I'd say "I pity the fool" that's messin with your money. This is why God invented small claims court. Don't go threatening him. Just give him a little more time, then if he don't pay up and your parts don't show up, take him to court.

    Good luck Suspect.

i havent threatened him. ive just been real firm with him. told him to give up the part or the money. i just want what i paid for. im just really angry right now. to me emails and phone calls just isnt going to do it. ive learned my lesson. ima stick with the stores ive been buying my parts from. even if he gives me the part or i have to take the money from him every week, ill never wanna do a deal like that again.
