I have a problem with my 1999 Oldsmobile Alero. When I turn the vents on the highest setting, the air seems to come out very slowly, and it acts like it is on the lowest setting. Could this be the blower motor or a cracked hose? I have no idea, and need to get an idea where to start.

Does the sound of the blower motor increase when you turn it to the highest setting?

could be posible that the resistor block is bad. but ussually if this is the case it will only blow air on high because that has the least resistance.
