I need lots of t-top pics, anything will do but i'm looking for something to the effect of a black hatch with a cowl hood, t-top coupe would be super cool too, thanks

here is my 87 gt, im getting ready to order the svo cobra hood for it, i finally got my polished cobra upper and lower intake and im going to put it this weekend, i'll be sure to post pics of it
hey 87ttop, that web page is bad @$$.... you should add some romantic music for while im humping my screen! BTW- thanks for the mess!
OK, that plus a cowl hood is exhatly what i want, give lots of more info on the car, did you make it this way, what all did you have to do so on, thanks
Its an original 88 t top coupe. I picked it up about 5 years ago from a really nice older guy who just had it sitting in his garage taking up space!. It only had 60k on it and was bone stock, not a spot of rust ( you could eat off of the underbody). I changed the interior from grey to black, added rims, lowered, stereo, minor performance mods, and will soon be adding a 2 inch cowl to finish off the exterior.
it would be very difficult to properly convert a hardtop to a T-top. Its probably easiest to just find one, though i doubt youll ever find another 88t-top coupe in decent shape for sale
I've read lots of things about people doing the change, I read a thread on 4 eyed pride were a guy just cut the top off a t top car and welded it on, and what is the most popular way i've read is to pull the headliner down and in the roof on a non t top car they have the impression of were to cut for the t tops, not for sure on a coupe though, but as far as that goes....let me ask this, to what means are you willing to go to make your car what you want?
