JUST BOUGHT MY NEW COMP ORANGE 04 GT. AFTER I CAME HOME I WAS LOOKING AT THE STICKER AND IT HAS LISTED CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS NO CHARGE. THE KICKER IS I LIVE IN COLD A&& PITTSBURGH, PA. DO THEY ALL COME WITH THE CALI EMISSIONS OR WAS MY CAR DESTINED FOR 12 MONTHS OF SUNSHINE? OR IN BETTER WORDS IS MY CAR GANNA BE SLOWER THAN THE REST OF THE STANGS AROUND HERE? IF SO WHAT CAN I DO? THANKS

sorry about the caps! as soon as i get her clean i throw a pic up. the color is awsome. i'm also into harley's and what do you know i got base of black with orange flames. the color is cool though. as far as emissions check this: i've been gone for a while. i had an 87gt with a p1sc @ 11psi with trick flows, edel rpm cam rollers etc. my exhaust consisted of mac equal length shorties, o/r h, and mac pro dumps. tree huggers loved that car. i parted it out about a year ago and helped out my fellow stangers with some great deals. but now i'm back, the 04 is two days old. it's funny i was torn between the mach and a gt. yes the mach ran better, but for the money i can drop a blower on and have fun. it's funny when the sales women was bragging on how much power the mach had. i told her it felt slow. asked what i based that on, told her about the blown 87. never dynoed but guessing over 400hp. i ran a 12.55 @ 115.9 on street radials. 60ft was 2.1. first time ever at track. so i figured i'd buy the gt because of color and the savings and make it scream!
oh ya by the way, she made me take the car back to the dealership after i slammed 2nd then 3rd then 4th. i wanted to see what it would do. i looked over to see her expression and her head was bouncing off the seat. she was p-d off pretty bad!
