Also have some electrical tape sucked up the PCV.....

I've seen the 'ole black tape sleeve ' trick, pcv grommet is junk, check the screen under that. Replace all that junk.
MAF does not have a vac line to the little electrical do-dad back there, Speed Density does.
Replace that vacuum line that has oily crap on it too.

Well that's done. New PCV, filter and grommet coming. Got the manifold clean and broken steel lines removed and

fixed.
