new bumper or header?

I have a nice scratch/scrape on my front bumper and was planning on getting a new one Roush stage3 or cobra r, I also want 2 replace the headers (mainly to complete my exhaust and make sound better). As both cost alot of money I can only get one, just curious as to what n e of you would do. If n e 1 has prochamber/flowmaster set up what headers r u have/recommend. Thanks
