Hello from New Jersey! We just bought this 2002 V6 for my son's first car. I've always been a Mustang fan, and my son is too, though I've never owned one. While he would have loved a '15+ GT or a Roush, he's ecstatic with this one and hopefully we can share a bit of quality time together.
It's in really good shape, and the previous owner (another teenager whose dad wanted his son to enjoy a Mustang without the 5.0) took great care of the engine. He also did a few of the things you'd expect from a teenage boy - SR Performance CAI, Flowmaster 440 exhaust with chrome tips, Mach 1 grill delete and chin spoiler, etc. It runs well and should be a lot of fun for my son. We're glad to be on this forum and look forward to learning a lot from all of you.
