For the next time your city or state is in a draught, I have discovered the best rain dance... wash and wax. As soon as you get the roof or hood waxed, all the rain will come. It took me 6 hours to finally get the car washed and waxed well. I have pics on my computer at home (I'm at school in Computer Applications), I'll try to post soon.
