My own very personal opinion, which is in the minority, but I like the stock wheels. I will leave mine on, unless someone sends me as a gift, a fully shod pair of Coddington Blacks. (B-day is 11/13 if anyone cares... LOL) :D

yea i like the stock too but i wanted wider tires and these will let me put 255/50s on the rear. so i may buy another bullit and two 255/50 and put the other in the trunk as a full size spare

Here are some Boss 303s I really like. I am more prone to this style, but 20x8.5... LOL

Add: Great Idea.. Better a full size spare, especially for some of the locations you end up, Tom. Donut driving for 100s of miles is just not good.

Those are what I went with also. Two reasons, I do like the bullitt look, but at least as important was I hate those 16" balloons that come stock on the V6. If the stock wheels were 17" I may have kept them. Also, the stock 16" tires have all the curve hugging prowess of a western flyer wagon.

The difference in handling between the 17" Pirelli PZero Nero tires and the 16" stock balloons masquerading as Mustang worthy tires is almost as big a difference as a CAI to the stock intake.

So, while I like the Bullitt look, I like even more the handling improvement that came with going with 17" Pirellis. I bought the OEM Ford 17" Bullitt wheels and Pirelli combo for $525. Not much diferent that a new set of good 16" replacement tires.

    As do I.

Has anyone else noticed that Mustang Tuning has 17x9" version of the stock V6 wheel? They have them for both the '94-'04 cars and the '05-'06 cars. Not too bad a price either at $214.99ea.

"Measuring at 17x9, these wheels are triple chrome plated for enhanced appeal and are much larger than the factory 16x8 size."

I really want to see them on a car.

P.S. I like the bullets on your car too. :nice:

Okay, I could have lived with those very nicely. A big step up from the stock.

just looking at your car afixer, one would normally think it should just look like a yellow GT. but for some reason it looks great on your car. not sure what it is, but it looks better than normal. maybe its the side stripes... keep up the good work!!
