New Springs, What else

I would like to lower my stang down a bit, take a look at the pics and tell me who utilizes a setup to lower just the right amount and also, do you have to replace the shocks and struts with a new set of springs? What brand of springs and shocks and struts would you use? Thanks

I've read on here several times that the FRPP K springs or the Vogtland springs are really nice and work fine with the factory struts.
