I need to replace my top within the next month since its starting to fall apart.:( I would like to change to a black top but since my ac is not working I would think it would get really hot when the top is up and the tan top would not get as hot.

Can some one photoshop black top with tinted windows.:nice:

I like the black. But would it go right with the interior?

How do you get out the front pony emblem? I was trying to go for that look on mine but it takes some special tool that I did not have.

id go black... if i had my car in a vert, id put black. itll flow nicely... if u do a carpet swap to black, with the dash already half black i think itll look REAL nice

I never had the pony to begin with I thought it was held on with 2 torx screws.

I think it only looks good if they windows are tinted :nice:.

I just put in new tan carpet back in march, so i don't think it will change any time soon.

And I will be changing the front seats to maybe black and tan when I get money.

You might want to take into account the color of the existing rear window skirt. The rear window is not normally replaced with the top and is expensive.

i have a black top on my vert and havent had a problem with it getting hot with the top up. Usualy i have the windows down and with the top up it keeps the sun off of me and is cooler.
black tops dont stain like other colors eather. black ftw!

    Iam liking the look.:nice:

When I first got my car the rear window was leaking I sealed it but recently noticed that where the fabric folds above the window showed alot of wear. So that will be replaced, I will be replacing the top I got a great writeup so I save alot of monies.:nice:

Thats good to know :nice: doesn't show stains even better, I hate when my tan top would mildew{a little bleach would fix it though}.
