Hey all, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brian, I recently made a deal for a 66 Mustang coupe, 289 2-barrel, automatic. I purchased the car from a couple who've owned it since the early 80's and was told it hasn't been on the road since 86. The car is very solid, looks like one repaint. The interior looks pretty decent, no rust on the panels. I'm on the road right now so won't be able to pick it up for another two weeks. Will post some pics when I get it home. Cheers

Got the car home, in the process of a complete brake re-build and swapping the single bowl master cylinder for a dual. For the time being I'm sticking with manual drums all around. Got some parts locally but wasn't completely happy that the shoes and hardware were made in China. I will ask before I buy from now on. Anywho here are a couple of pics.
