The Prosocution ( SP ) sucked b/c they did a horrible job of showing that he had all the signs of molseting kids. MJ's lawyers did what they needed to do, the lawyers on the other side of the bench were just as stuipd as the jury was.

California is entirely too liberal. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, anyone? I love the fact that Arnold is Governor there, otherwise the whole state would go to hell.

And coming from someone living in the second most liberal state in the country....

On the other hand, the DA's case was definately too flimsy. I like the fact that an accusation does not equate to a convintion. Maybe the system does work?

Same prob that plagues alot of states... IE Mass.

Screw democrats and especially liberials... IE Hillary Clinton. Talk about a wolf in sheeps clothing that trys to act more " REPUBLICAN" just to get more votes b/c she knows if she really acts how she feels people would laugh at her just like Howard Dean.

Call me crazy, but I think he was innocent. Maybe not innocent of every charge, but I do think the majority of the charges were bogus.

The family had a history of trying to scam people - the mother did get tons of money from JCPenny's for something. Their stories changed all the time. And, as someone said before, they offered to take a large "compensation" to drop all the charges. If it were my kid, and he truly did get molested by someone, there wouldn't be enough money in the world for me to "settle". I'd want to see the guy in jail. Period.

And, as a parent, why in the hell would you send your kid over to MJ's house knowing he has had MANY accusations, true or untrue, of child molestation? Not to be harsh, but, if you do send your kid over there, and they do get butt raped by MJ, it's your own damn fault.

I don't like MJ one bit, but I don't like the whole "get rick quick" of these parents even more.

Thats why he prays on those type of kids b/c he knows hes got a defense to fall back on.

Big question that everyone seems to be asking is that ....... Would you let YOUR kids go to neverland ranch unsupervised. If yes then why, if no then why?

the sad thing is he can molest all the children he wants now. no DA will have the balls to bring a case against him again.

    Hell no.

There should be a new law that says this: "If you let your kid go to the Neverland ranch, you will have them taken from you and you will be burned at the stake."

I don't think that Michael was guilty in this case. The family of the defendant seemed too shady. But I do believe that MJ does molest little kids and I wouldnt let my child (if i had one) stay at the Neverland ranch.

I dont see how anyone can blame the jury here, saying they let him go because they were "liberal." If you do your job right as an unbiased juror, and look at the case that was presented by the prosecution, you would have reasonable doubt too, and that would be enough. The prosecution did a semi-sh**ty job of trying to prove that Jackson was guilty, whereas the defense made a great case and raised plenty of doubt to warrant a not guilty verdict.

It really is. I can't stand how liberal it is out here, especially the stupid media, and schools. I'm a non-liberal college student in CA, which makes me 1 in a ****ing million out here. They TEACH you to be liberal out here.

I had a history teacher who was so liberal, she made this comparison: George Bush has to justify the war on terror like Southern politicans had to justify slavery before the civil war. I am not kidding. The sad part was that half the ****ing class were nodding thier heads in agreement! Can ANYBODY think for themselves anymore?

Liberal here :) Lets not turn this into a democrat vs republican topic. The reason he didn't go to jail was because he is who is he not because california is Liberal. Besides, even if he went to jail, do you think they'd stick him with all the thugs in jail or would he be in a "special" area. You guys in cali should be happy he's free, saves you tax money :D

I got WAY more important things to worry about than child molestation accusations.. like a 347 stroker ;)
