odd question?

is windex, yea the window cleaner, safe to use to clean chrome rims? my buddy used it a couple times a while back to quickly clean his chrome cobra rims and so far no damage but he dont care hes rich he'll buy new ones lol i care because im poor

It seems like it might work, but I would dilute some just to be on the safe side.

I have the best luck with chrome wheels by just using mild soap and water.

Just either get an old wash mit, or buy one just for the rims.

Obviously, if they are REALLY dirty then a stronger cleaner will be needed.
