OFF ROAD H PIPE (MIL ELIMINATOR PROBS) PLEASE HELP!

    guys..i have a 98 GT (auto)..I recently got a BBK Off road H and set of eliminators from bbk (jegs)..not only is the H pipe not lining up (i was expecti ng)..My main problem is ELIMINATORS..do i need 2? 4? or what? i mean theyre 70 bucks a pair..i cant get them to plug..where do they go?????? its like one will fit in and one wont! Can someone with ne off road mid that did it themselfs..please tell me whats going on...also..if i just run my car off 2..if i do need 4..i know it'll run rich or lean and (check engine) will stay on..but i hear that i can get away with this for a while..is this true? PLEASE HELP

    I cut the plastic to make the one that didn't fit fit on mine. As long as the plug fits, and stays on there, it'll be ok. As far as where they go, they go on the rear 2.

    And be sure to put them above the pipe so they won't get hot and stop working.

    do i need 2 or 4 eliminators for my 98?

    They go on the rear. See...the front one's stay the same sense the cat's are behind the others. The trick of the MIL's is to "trick" the computer into thinking the catalytic converters are still there.
