k i got a 2005 mustang gt with a cold air intake, throttle body spacer, and a Diablo sport tuner. i know some one that will bend pipe for me and i was going to take off my cats. i was wondering if i have to plug the three wires back in? and will i need to decrees the amount of fuel so i don’t run rich? i have heard that with the cats off the car will run rich and i know i can play with the air/fuel mixture with the programmer i have.

I would suggest just buying an off road x pipe. They are cheap and a fast install done in the driveway rather than hack your stock piping as you might need it one day for inspection or some other reason. You need you 3 O2 sensors but the rear one must be turned off via you hand held tuner. Most tuners do that so if you already have a tune I'm sure they are already off.
