Opinions on grille inserts

I'm looking for some input on anyone that has put a chrome or aluminum grille insert over their existing grille. It would be great to see a pic if you have it also. I'm trying to decide which one to go with and a lot of it will depend on ease of installation, cost, etc.

I was just wondering if anyone has one on their 05.
