I likey. I have been lookin for black seats and a black wheel, etc. Are those seats expensive (I have no clue what kind they are, so dont take offense if they were mega-buck seats)?

    Looks real nice. :nice:

Yeah, they are stock V6 seats, I picked the set up for less than $100 and in like-new condition. My old seats were horrible, the leather was cracked and the power seat motor crapped out. These seats are way more comfortable, look better (at least to me) and weigh less to boot!

Agreed.. I have a vert and leather seats.. I would never put in cloth seats because they may get damp/smelly. Just my opinion.. I was thinking about taking them outta my v6 then thought of that..

Black does look nice in there though..

On the other side of things, for those that live in a hot climate, you get tired of losing that layer of hamstring skin every time you egress - cloth is nice in that regard.

I thought GSGT had a coupe anyhow.

I might have to see if I can scrounge some black base model/GTS seats. I dont like bolstered seats (that were made for guys built like pipe cleaners). Thanks for the info and pics. :nice:

I love the seats in my car. They're not cloth like that .... nor are they leather. I have no idea what they are to be honest. I just know they're comfortable factory seats & they look good. They have a black / gray weave in them .... but mostly black.

EDIT: Sorry to highjack this thread ... but I just noticed that my interior code is 2J. The 2 = Medium Graphite. What does the J stand for?

Looks like a good upgrade to me. I've never liked the leather Mustang seats -- not real comfortable and slippery as hell. I bet the cloth ones you put in are lighter, too...

Yeah, they are a heck of a lot lighter! I'm tempted to weigh my old seats compared to the new ones just to see what the difference actually is.
