Who sells "P" heads on the cheap anymore? I remember when they first hit the market they were practically given them away, now you cant find em for less than $500.00 bucks a pair. I need a set for an upcoming project car!

    Id also recommend a jy

I just bought a 99 exploder motor from the jy for $350. It was in a rollover and during the crash the starter pulled a nice fist-sized chunk of the block off. but i dont really need the block. from throttle body to oil pan for $350!

The ones from Tri State Cylinder Heads for $600 are nice. Big valves and good springs and retainers. Id rather buy those than a set of used ones that need rebuilt and possibly machined. Worth the extra money for less work and the convience. Damn, im getting lazy!

Damn $600 for OEM heads? I'm pretty sure you can get Patriot aluminum heads for $700 ready to bolt on.

i got mine for $100 from a salvage yard. Some don't know that they are a nice upgrade for earlier 5.0's. I was referred to the salvage yard by a race shop that was talking to about milling my ported e7's.
