    All,

I just bought a package board from MU and it's just crappy fiberboard with no covering. What is the correct way to prepare the package board for show - it's been so long since I removed the old one, I can't remember.

Cover it in vinyl/carpet? Paint it as they recommend? How did these come from the factory?

    Thank you

i covered mine in vinyl and it looks pretty good. i saw a 65 coupe a while back where they covered the package tray in vinyl that had been sewn up to match the pattern on the back seat, it was very sharp!!!!

They were just painted or dyed from the factory.

I bought a package tray that was covered in the same vinyl as my seats. it has 2 speaker holes for 6 x 9 speakers. it looks great and was about $45 in total cost. well worth it.
