a while back i had a link saved that had all the 99-04 mustang part weights. it was a good link. it included alot of parts, even windows, console, carpet, different style wheels......and so on. anyway, the link was no longer up when i went.

does anyone have it or something like it? please post it up. thanks,

really im just trying to find the weight of the stock intake manifold, both upper and lower weights.

there is a guy on here that just got the p51 and it weighed 50 lbs. i dont know if he pulled the old junk yet but im interested to see what that weighs. i forgot who it was though.

im gonna get the p51 one day. the one complaint is it is heavy, but if you subtract the old stuff, its maybe not too bad.

Yeah--maybe someone will get bored enough and make an actual list out of all of those posts, instead of having to search for everything. :rlaugh:

11lbs? would that be for the upper plenum and the plastic lower? that seems a bit low, although i really dont know. i thought the plunum alone would weighed about 6 alone.

you know ill go check i still have the stock one when i repaced with accufab. ill go weigh it.

holy.....the plenum is only 5 lbs!!! now we have to figure out the lower.

man if its that light maybe wed be better off leaving it...if it dont crack.

what do you gain 20rwhp with the p51? but pick u p40 lbs.

wonder what would be faster 20rwhp+40lbs or -20rwhp and 40 lbs. lighter?

anyone have a guess. or do you think it would just even out?

    thats me!!

i dont have the intake here right now. but when it was shipped the box weighed 42 lbs. so the P51 is right around the 40LB mark.

i thought it was you! :nice: oh so its 40 lbs not 50! thats a bit better.

i was just trying to figure out what the actual added weight is for the swap because i am going to ge the p51 as well.

if its 40 minus 5 for the plenum we are down to 35. now all we have to figure out is what the lower intake weighs. i guess its all plastic?

I think the 11lbs. is just for the lower.

I will weigh an all plastic (no alum crossover) manifold in an hour or so and let you know.

    It's not all that heavy.
