I picked up the '89 Merkur XR4Ti on Friday, parted it out this weekend, and is ready for the scrap yard today. I pulled the whole motor/tranny after I removed the engine harness and all the corresponding sensors, relays, etc. from the fenders. I hope that I have all I need. I'll try to keep an update going as I get everything worked out. If anybody has any words of wisdom with the Merkur wiring I'd appreciate it. BOOST!!!
Yeah, unless it's going in some non-efi car, the harness isn't needed...just a few small sections of it.
