Hi I just registered but ive been browseing the site for some time now for advice. Im not interested in selling my car anymore. After taking a ride in a fellow turbo fordian I ponder how much faster i can go with the notch.
man i never thought id say this but even though i hate red cars that burgundy and black rims looks bad A$$!!!
Yes the car is in ny. Im willing to negotiated with the price. See the thing is im like in love with this porsche and its going to be awesome once im done with hit. Youre rigfht there is no hood scoop ,beccause i didnt wanna mess up the hood since i was going to put a front mount intercooler on it. Right now there is a big fan pointing right at the intercooler and it doesnt even warm up whenever i stop its cool to touch. In my last turbo coupe with the hood scoops it used to be hot unless you cruised more then 50mph for a few minutes. My friend was sellnig a 4 inch cowl hood for the car and i was going to jam a huge fan in the cowl and cool off everything! but it works fine as is. Its my dfaily driver. Thanks for looking guys Ive got a whole bunch of parts that can go with the car too 2.3 turbo parts that anyways oh Ive also got a huge truck front mount intercooler for it and it fits awesome and I have bobs rotated upper. Just havent had any cash to get intercooler pipes made up.that will all go with it Its a good car come and try it for all i care. Ive beaten a few 5.0s with it already including a 94 5.0 but that 94 the kid couldnt drive stick well. but when he was pulling in third and i pulled pasted him that had nothing to do with the driver. Its a fun car only thing i would change is the interior to black and get some cobra r's or ponys on it I have ten holes with fair tires if youd rather have them
How did you get that turbo, intended for a non-intercooled car, turned so that the intercooler would fit on it?
exactly ..... Im unsure of what the intercooler is from its about 3-4 inches thick three feet across by like 1 1/2 feet tall
There are half moon (well kind of) plates on the rear of the outlet housing that are held on by 2 bolts, unscrew them some and turn the pipe.
