I wonder if you could be so kind as to help me if you can. I have swapped a 4 speed automatic from a 93 mustang 4cyl into my 91 mustang 5spd so my wife can drive it. I have also put the auto computer in. I need help wiring the 3 wired plug that goes to the transmition for the lockup and for shfting into overdrive i think. I have the 3 wire plug from the donor automatic car but the wiring loom on my 5spd has no where to plug it into. Do you know what wires i conect the 3 wires to on the eec or elsewhere. Thanks in advance. John.
it's been a long time since I did the swap from auto to 5 speed, but naturally it's the reverse of what I did. These instructions are pretty thorough, see if it helps, http://www.westcoastfords.com/articles/tech/t5swap/t5swap.html -the last bit is the wiring portion.
fixed changed partial wiring loom from an auto to this one, plugged in tranny solonoid wiring, problem solved.
