    Hi Guys,

Well I just purchased a Shelby stlye fiberglass decklid and end caps and am at the point of trying to make them fit (fiberglass?). I would really appreciate if people who have completed the installation can post some pics so I can get a sense of reference. Pics of you looking at the truck/deck lid would be great. I have test fitted it but they need some work. I will post some pics later today of mine first test fit.

Please PM me for my email.

    Thanks again for your time,

careful about posting email in a regular post, SPAM BOTS

jrnstang, no pics for ya, but if I were you I'd ask for a PM. Putting your email in a web page makes it easy for it to get harvested by spam bots who crawl around looking for that sort of thing. I'm assuming you're not looking for an inbox full of Viagra emails, that is. :D:nice:

I'll post some pics of mine if you tell me what you want to see. I can tell you this much: bolt on the rear bumper and line everything up from that. The bumper cannot be moved front-to-back and I learned the hard way that if you just start bolting stuff on, it's likely too far forward. I got to do mine twice.

Here's a few quick pics. I don't know where you got your stuff from. but I got mine from Branda and it didn't fit at all, especially the end caps. They took plenty of work just to get them on the car. The trunk needed to have 'glass added all the way around because it was too short, too narrow and the gap where it meets the taillight panel was HUGE. The taillight panel was another headache and it too came from Branda. Get used to making fiberglass fit yourself because none of the parts I bought from many different suppliers fit any better than the rest of it. Hope this helps, Jim
