Whats the difference between these two? I know that polished aluminum costs less than chrome also. Could someone post pics of a polished aluminum rims and chrome rims please?

Aluminum requires more maintenance, but chrome usually costs more. The only downside to chrome is if it chips, then it has to be re-chromed. If the polished aluminum tarnishes, you can just re-polish it.

if you dont have time or like to polish wheels, stay away from them or expect to spend a few hours to keep them up.I have always had polished wheels and vow to never get them again, but the price always gets me.Those polishing thinks like the mothers and Flitz dont work that well.I recommend if you like polished that much, get it powder coated before you mount the wheels and that would be a maintainence free finish.

Having a powder coated finish on a polished wheel would still require some maintenance after a rock chip, just the same as with chrome. 6 in one hand and a 1/2 a dozen in the other. I wouldn't recommend getting polished wheels if your car isn't garaged.

I only repolish mine about every 3-4 months, b ut it's not that bad.

I have polished aluminum and I hate them. It's just waaay to much to keep them looking nice. Maybe I'll go w/ some plastic spinner hubcaps next time.

I love my polished 99's. I've had them for about 5 months (daily driven) and have only needed to wipe off the brake dust once a week. While my old centerlines needed to be polished with compound every week to keep them looking good. I'm not sure if the cobras are clear coated or not?

The only thing bad about clear coat is rock chips and when it starts to fade, the only thing you can do is recoat them. Chrome has the same downsides, that's probably why I don't mind polishing every couple of months. It also depends on how much you drive it. Mine is going to be stored for the next 4 years, but I only drove it about 600 miles a year before that.
