I have used Adam's wheel polish with good results, and my detail guy uses chemical guys wheel compound/polish

best thing to clean them with is windex... for polish I use mothers - either chrome or mag wheel polish and then a powerball on a drill. I also spray them with maguires synthetic detailer express wax after- it helps to keep them clean. You can use it on paint, glass, trim, chrome, and it wont stain. I buy it by the gallon. That way you can use one rag and not have to worry about over spray when detailing. An old school detailer at the dealer turned me on to it years ago.
