Is it possible to splice-in a cd changer through the stock mach 460's cd player? I don't wanna buy a new system again.

yes you need to get an FM modulated CD changer, you will hook your attena line into the modulator and it will have a cord you plug into your headunits radio attenna hole. then you tune to 87.5 (or whatever it says) and your changer will play w/no problems

Besides the FM module way, I wouldn't call that splicing. Splicing between the cd connection to the radio.
